For me, literature allows us to consider the conditions of our lives, both private and social, from new and challenging perspectives. My research explores literature’s relation to other art forms and media formats and the question what literature tells us about ourselves when it reflects the conditions of poetic language.
I am passionate about literature, art, and film and the philosophies that help us think through them. My research is an invitation to my readers to follow me on the paths I discover in the landscapes German fiction.
